Practice Group


This group is for participants who have completed the eight week Mindful Self-Compassion for Teens Program (formerly known as Making Friends with Yourself). It is a forum to incorporate and reflect on practices participants have learned in the MSC-Teens program with support from peers and guidance from a MSC-T Teacher. Practice within a community is one of many ways to grow self-compassion in your life.


Frequency: Meets the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month

Time: 7:30 to 8:30 PM PST

Location: Online

Contribution: US $10.00 / meeting (no one will be turned away due to lack of funds)
