Together, we will practice deep listening and explore the tools of mindfulness, Nonviolent Communication, and Mindful Self-Compassion. This is an opportunity to experience these practices in action and cultivate the qualities of presence, empathy, equanimity, and compassion.
You’re also welcome to come and celebrate the moments of ease and connection from your week. We’ll take time to savor these experiences and strengthen our awareness of the beauty that is already present in our lives.
